Item(s) too big or too small? When available, we can exchange your product for a smaller or bigger size, just contact us preferably by mail with your order number and the product name and new size you would like to receive. We will contact you to make an exchange appointment.
Please note: Products can only be exchanged undamaged,unworn, in original packaging, with original tags.
Not satisfied with the product you received? You are always entitled to return your items within 30 days from the time of delivery. Please send us an email with your order number and reason for the return. We will contact you to make a return appointment.

Not satisfied with the product you received? You can return your order by post.
Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense.
