For all orders on Curacao above 100,- ANG shipping is free. Under 100,- ANG shipping costs are 14,- ANG. For shipping to Aruba & Bonaire please contact us for exact shipping costs.

After receiving your payment we will contact you directly to make a delivery appointment as soon as possible. Are you in a hurry for a last minute gift? Just give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help you out.

Curacao: Item(s) too big or too small? When available, we can exchange your product for a smaller or bigger size, just contact us preferably by mail with your order number and the product name and new size you would like to receive. We will contact you to make an exchange appointment. Please note: Products can only be exchanged undamaged,unworn, in original packaging, with original tags. Not satisfied with the product you received? You are always entitled to return your items within 30 days from the time of delivery. Please send us an email with your order number and reason for the return. We will contact you to make a return appointment. Please note: Products can only be exchanged undamaged,unworn, in original packaging, with original tags. Aruba & Bonaire: Not satisfied with the product you received? You can return your order by post. Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense. Please send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Order will be refunded within a week after receiving your return.

Offcourse! Is your favorite item out of stock? Send us an email with the product details and we'll reserve one for you, and let you know once it's back in stock. Same goes for "coming soon" items.
